Viles Arboretum

Join us in embracing the vibrant spirit of spring by volunteering at our Spring Market! 

As a volunteer, you'll play a crucial role in making this event a success! 

The event is on Saturday, May 11th from 9am-2pm. We will need help setting up on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning, throughout the event on Saturday, and then for clean-up Saturday afternoon. We welcome volunteers to sign up for multiple shifts!

Job Descriptions

Event Set-up: mark booths and set-up tables, put out signs, prep visitor center and bathrooms.

Parking Attendant: Direct traffic to parking spots and alternative parking lots.

Vendor Liason: greet vendors and help them find their booths. 

Visitor Center Attendant: Help attendees find rooms, engage with attendees about the Arboretum, process gift shop sales. 

Clean-up: Breakdown and put away tables, stack chairs, sweep/vacuum floors, clean/replenish bathrooms, empty trash, remove signs.
